- Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent.
- We offer 12 month leases only.
- $40 application fee per person.
- Social Security Card and proper I.D. required.
- Must have established local banking and employment.
- Pet friendly, maximum of two pets. Dogs accepted up to 20 pounds.
- $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies.
